Objective

The Advanced School and Workshop on Quantum Information and Computing has for the main goal to contribute to the investigation of themes related to Quantum Computing, Quantum Information and Quantum Cryptography. In the hopes to achieve a better comprehension and clarity about the recent issues in those areas relying on theories and experimental methods.
In this edition a special attention will be given to the dynamics of open mesoscopic systems and their relevance to the issues of measurement in the implementation of qubit, quantum logic gates, quantum cryptography and quantum systems of non equilibrium, in the theory and in the experimental part of it. It will also be discussed the Future Internet Architecture (FIA).
The school will be filled with mini courses about those themes to present new concepts to professionals in the areas of Computing, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, and many others, and a workshop presenting recent developments with the participation of researchers from all over the word.
